Creating, reading and cancelling payment requests.
Payment requests are collected with the local methods of the payer's country and credited to the wallet your account holds in the settlement currency. currency names the payer's currency and is the only field that decides where the money settles; the destination currency is never sent.
Only creation is gated on a verified account. Reading and cancelling stay open, and each carries its own ability — payment_links:read does not open payment_links:cancel.
